El Brand Manager, reportando al Marketing Manager de Chile, tiene la responsabilidad de liderar e impulsar el crecimiento de las marcas, logrando los objetivos de participación de mercado, ventas netas y rentabilidad. Supervisa el P&L completo de las marcas a su cargo, implementa planes de marketing, campañas de comunicación y planificación de medios, y realiza un análisis continuo de las variables de consumo y ventas internas para identificar oportunidades.

Principales responsabilidades:
* Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia para las marcas en el mercado, siendo el punto de contacto con los equipos regionales.
* Desarrollar y/o adaptar materiales, realizar el proceso de aprobación y asegurar su entrega a la agencia de medios.
* Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de medios, seguimiento y ajuste: establecer la mezcla óptima de medios, revisar el rendimiento y controlarlo. Liderar la implementación 360° de las campañas a cargo.
* Análisis constante de variables de consumo y KPI's internos.
* Liderar y analizar propuestas de innovación.
* Supervisar proyectos de innovación para asegurar lanzamientos en tiempo y forma.
* Ejecutar lanzamientos de nuevas iniciativas de productos y cambios de productos.
* Colaborar con áreas complementarias para maximizar las iniciativas de las marcas.
* Gestión, asignación y control de A&P.
* Contacto directo con agencia de medios y agencias creativas.

¿Por qué TÚ?
Tus calificaciones:
* Formación: Graduado de Ingeniería Comercial, Industrial, Marketing, Administración o afín.
* Experiencia: +3 años de experiencia previa en roles similares en áreas de marketing/comercial/ventas en la industria de consumo masivo/venta libre/OTC farmacéuticas/alimenticia/cosmética/similares.
* Experiencia tratando con agencias de medios y agencias creativas.
* Inglés: Nivel Intermedio B2/C1/C2
* Excel: Nivel Intermedio + PowerPoint
* Skills sólidos de trabajo en equipo, orientación a resultados y perfil analítico.
* Excelentes habilidades de presentación
* Flexibilidad horaria/Disponibilidad para asistir a eventos.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar full time en un esquema híbrido de LUNES A VIERNES con 2 fías fijos de presencialidad (martes y jueves) en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Las Condes, Santiago, Chile.

Será un plus:
* Deseable Magister en Marketing
* Manejo de Power BI
