Job description

Y Understand "multi-market, multi-asset, multi-factor" interconnections from the perspective of complex systems and dynamics, participating in the design of cross-market monitoring and early warning frameworks.
Y Utilize physical modeling mind (e.g., stochastic processes, phase transitions, network structures.) to explore market behavior and risk contagion pattern recognition.
Y Collaborate with AI engineers to convert these modeling concepts into computable and visualizable analysis tools.

Job requirements

Y Strong theoretical or applied physics background, familiar with modeling, numerical simulation, or large-scale data analysis.
Y Interest in the microstructure and the mechanisms of macro volatility of financial markets, willing to transfer and apply physical concepts in financial scenarios.
Y Good programming skills (e.g. Python/C++) to implement models as analysis or monitoring modules.
Y Strong interest in AI, Fintech, and new technologies, proactive learner.
Y Logical thinking, able to express through data and models, eager to understand the actual needs of frontline business.
Y Willing to collaborate across departments/ functions, capable of translating "technical language" into "business language."
Y Experience in relevant research projects, competitions, internships, or open-source contributions is a plus.
Y Fresh graduates are also welcome.
