About Your Business Area/Department:

* Airline Operations aims to manage applications which support airline activities, their agents and the passengers - Departure control system including:
* Flight Management system - handle the weight and balance of the flight and the fuel calculation.

Summary of the role:

* We are on the lookout for a Product Definition Analyst. As part of our team, you will have the unique opportunity to build and expand this hub from the ground up. We seek a proactive candidate which can ramp up functionally: Load and Ramp, Weight & Balance, Pax & Bags, Documents and other functional areas. There is also an opportunity to perform transversal roles as Product Owner.

In this role you'll:

* Assess requirements, assessments and drive agility (Actively participate in quarterly plannings)
* Lead refinement sessions
* Carry out functional solution design and specifications
* Overview functional validation and support quality assurance: exploratory testing and test plan reviews
* Manage relations with key stakeholders: customer and internal teams support

You will need to:

* Has required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area. ​
* Work using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Make recommendations on new solutions and propose improvements by analyzing different sources of information.​
* Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.
* Assess requirements & drive agility
* Build, maintain and share the functional knowledge of our processes, services and usage of end user products.
* Analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management.
* Write User Stories to capture the requirements for R&D teams
* Size specifications and validation work.
* Carry out functional design
* Write Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, Product Specifications and present functional walk-throughs to all concerned stakeholders.
* Interface with relevant divisions and departments to identify interactions with other Amadeus applications and ensure functional compatibility.

* Overview validation
* Validate the product to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity and give sign off.
* Ensure production integrity by investigating, validating and prioritizing reported incidents.

* Manage relations with key stakeholders
* Interface and communicate with Product Management, Project management, Amadeus Customer Services, Implementation, Migration and Development teams.
* Interface with the customer during requirements understanding, functional specification, testing and implementation phases.

About the ideal candidate:

* Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
* 3+ years progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes including travel industry experience, Altea DCS, analytics, and/or product development experience.
* Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Certified is a plus
* Experience in driving large programs & industrialization projects is a plus as well as the ability to drive change.
* Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
* General travel industry experience is a plus
* Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
* Ability to analyse objectives, considers options and plans.
* JIRA previous exposure to SAFe agile
* Airline and specific DCS knowledge is a plus
