You ensure that customer plans are developed and executed by supporting the delivery of strategies and tactics for growth. You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers and work with key account managers to implement plans to deliver our annual target.
How you will contribute
You will:
* Leads the development of the trade marketing part of the category annual plans (contract process)
* Understands market dynamics / consumer insights by channel to participate on trade marketing strategic decisions
* Leads the business planning meeting where the sales quotas are built in order to accomplish the annual plans based on relevant building blocks
* Suggests and influences investment in category building blocks, according to category and channel need, and is accountable of execution excellence at point of sale
* Follows up the competition's commercial activity in the category in order to detect business opportunities and potential threats for the brand
* Plays a leadership role within the multi categories teams by leading, providing accurate and relevant channel point of sale information that will lead to find business opportunities such as innovations, customer promotions, portfolio, pricing, etc. that will lead to achieve multi categories targets

What you need to know about this position:
* El especialista en comercio electrónico asegurará las activaciones adecuadas en forma de promociones y actividades de marketing digital, desarrollando y ejecutando el flywheel alineado con estrategias que involucren una tienda en línea perfecta y sugerencias de estrategia de precios.
* Impulsar la ejecución del comercio electrónico (B2C) para lograr el crecimiento de las ventas y los objetivos de ganancias, incluyendo auditorías regulares de la tienda en línea y la efectividad promocional y de marketing.
* Gestionar las principales actividades de comercio electrónico con los equipos de marketing, planificación de categoría (catplan) y ventas para organizar un calendario omnicanal que aumente las oportunidades tanto en el mundo físico como en el digital.
* Coordinar y hacer seguimiento a las actividades de muestras y demostraciones de marca directas a los consumidores, asegurando que la oportunidad se maximice en términos de ventas y métricas de marca.
* Preparar informes semanales y mensuales para ofrecer una visión general del negocio, incluyendo la ejecución de actividades, ventas y margen en comparación con el presupuesto, cambios clave en la estrategia y una evaluación del panorama competitivo.
* Contenido Electrónico (eContent): Gestión de contenido electrónico y portafolio alineada con los principios de Flywheel y Tienda en Línea para desarrollar un catálogo avanzado para el país. Dar briefings a las agencias para producir activos de activación como contenido de producto, banners, brand rooms, micrositios, etc.
* Tareas administrativas: Creación de proveedores, seguimiento y generación de Órdenes de Compra (POs) y Recibos de Mercancía (GR), seguimiento de la inversión para reportar la fase A&C (Publicidad y Consumo o Gastos de Venta y Marketing). Alineación y legalización de la inversión. Cierres mensuales (subgasto - sobredgasto) A&C.
* Informes: Informe semanal de ejecución, precios y competencia. Informe de Sell out (venta al consumidor final) y cuadro de mando mensual.
* Desarrollo de estrategia de búsqueda con el equipo de comercio electrónico y el gerente de comercio electrónico para cada e-tailer (minorista electrónico).
Job specific requirements:
* Mínimo dos años de experiencia en Ecommerce en empresas de consumo masivo.
* Manejo de herramientas como Excel a nivel intermedio.
* Manejo de inglés es un plus.
* Profesional en administración, marketing, o carreras afines.
* Experiencia manejando plataformas como Rappi, yTipti.
* Experiencia en mercado colombiano, manejo de Ecuador es un plus.
