Position Summary
You will create, review and maintain high-quality medical content for internal and external use. You will work closely with medical affairs, safety, regulatory and commercial colleagues to ensure content is accurate, clear and compliant. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Act as the country medical signatory for promotional, non-promotional, and scientific materials, ensuring alignment with GSK governance, local requirements and regulations.
- Support Management Monitoring activities, including identification of issues and documentation of actions, under guidance.
- Ensure scientific, clinical, and regulatory accuracy of content based on approved data, product labels, and global guidance.
- Apply therapeutic area knowledge to validate product information, including indications, clinical data, safety, and claims.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Commercial, Regulatory) to support content development, review, and local adaptation in line with medical standards.
- Manage content review processes efficiently, ensuring quality and timelines, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in medical writing, medical information, medical affairs, or a related role.
- Strong medical writing and editing skills in Spanish; good working knowledge of English.
- Ability to interpret clinical data and translate it into clear, audience-appropriate content.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Previous work creating materials for healthcare professionals.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Advanced degree or certification in a clinical or life science field.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare company in Colombia or Latin America.
- Familiarity with local regulatory and medical governance processes.
- Experience with medical review workflows and version control systems.
- Strong attention to detail, good judgment, and ability to work within defined governance.
- Familiarity with Veeva Vault (PromoMats)
