Molding Process Technician 1
Operate thermoplastic and LSR injection molding machines, all auxiliary equipment, and processes in order to produce molded finished goods. Assist in mold setup and troubleshooting of molding equipment to keep molding injection processes running.

Your role:

* Perform start-up activities and operate thermoplastic and LSR injection molding machines, including molds, auxiliary equipment, and processes to produce finished goods.
* Troubleshoot molding equipment and injection processes to ensure uninterrupted production and completion of work orders.
* Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
* Support product and process improvements, and provide day-to-day assistance to Manufacturing Engineers or Managers.
* Train and support other Molding Process Technicians and identify root causes of defects in molded parts.

You're the right fit if:
* Considerable experience (0-2 years) as a Molding technician.
* Knowledge about safety
* High school 9th degree
* Desirable adequate combination of educational background and/or experience in Medical Companies to effectively perform self-training.
* Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel) preferred.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This role is an onsite role. Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 3:36 pm.
