* Support production with a fact-based approach, ensuring transparency on material readiness, shelf-life management, FIFO principles, and delivery performance.
* Collaborate closely with planners, buyers, warehouse teams, and production to ensure efficient coordination and fast problem-solving.
* Contribute to standardization and process discipline, ensuring logistics processes are consistently followed and continuously improved.
* Manage freight and inventory budgeting and reporting.
Qualifications

* Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chains, including interfaces between suppliers, global planning, procurement, and factory execution
* Solid analytical skills with the ability to identify optimization potential across planning, sourcing, and warehouse processes.
* Experience with SAP (S/4HANA), material master data, inventory follow-up, and end-to-end material flow.
* A structured, fact-based working style with the ability to translate data into clear actions and tangible improvements.
* Experience working with standard work, process discipline, and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration across functions.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision, be responsible for tasks, and complete tasks on schedule.
* Ability to maintain and improve PFEP (Plan For Every Part).
* Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
Competencies
* Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
* A forward-thinking approach that prioritizes preventing problems before they arise.
* A structured and organized working style, ensuring prioritization, clarity, and follow-through in a changing operational environment.
* Ability to interpret data effectively, translate insights into practical actions, and spot opportunities for improvement.
* Ability to stay focused and solution-oriented, consistently finding ways forward when priorities change.
