YOUR NEW POSITION:
We are looking for a store manager to join our team.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the District Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of your store. Your task will be to ensure that sales targets are exceeded, customer service is of the highest standard,
and the store's image is impeccable. You will be responsible for leading and motivating your team and maintaining an active and friendly atmosphere.
* Planning, implementing, and monitoring the activities necessary to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Analyzing and reviewing management indicators and costs for optimization.
* Knowledge of the collection, control, and management of stock to maximize sales.
* Working with the team, being a role model, and promoting effective communication within the team.
* Recruiting, training, and ensuring the successful integration of new employees.
* Leading and motivating the team, ensuring the development of your employees' potential.
* Planning, organizing, prioritizing, and assigning tasks, optimizing resources and minimizing costs.

ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for someone with experience in managing a dynamic store in the fashion industry. Self-motivation, inspiring your team, and willingness to work as part of a team by setting an example and achieving excellent results are the qualities that will allow you to thrive in the role of Store Manager at MANGO. We are looking for someone who is capable of maximizing profitability, focused on sales, organized and persistent, with the ability to find solutions, cope with stress, and adapt to change.
