Your Role

* Support the increasing volume of application trials, sample preparation, and stability evaluations within the laboratory.
* Prepare and manage customer samples, including appropriate container selection, packaging, and labeling for dispatch.
* Maintain the laboratory clean, organized, and audit-ready at all times.
* Manage laboratory databases and ensure accurate documentation of activities.
* Handle laboratory instruments and equipment, including sorting, cleaning, counting, and inventory control.
* Monitor and verify that laboratory stock levels of equipment and supplies are maintained adequately.
* Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and preparation of samples for delivery.
* Comply with the Integrated System Policy, Integrated Manual, Procedures Management Systems (including Hygiene Plans), and approved Work Instructions.
* Report any incident or non-conformity detected during working hours to the manager promptly.
About You

* Education or ongoing studies in Chemistry, Laboratory Techniques, Biotechnology, or a related technical field relevant to fragrance or perfumery laboratories.
* Initial laboratory experience through internships, traineeships, academic projects, or a first professional role is a plus, but not mandatory.
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures carefully and consistently.
* Interest in laboratory work, sample preparation, and hands-on activities in a structured environment.
* Basic familiarity with laboratory equipment, sample handling, and documentation, with motivation to learn and develop further.
* Comfortable using basic digital tools and databases for recording information.
* Organized, reliable, and proactive, with a positive attitude and openness to learning.
* Ability to work well in a team-based environment and communicate clearly.
* Awareness of hygiene, safety, and quality standards, with readiness to follow internal guidelines and work instructions.
