We are looking for a part-time Stockist to join our Madrid ECI team.

As a Stockist at RIMOWA your mission is to:

* Make sure to keep RIMOWA stock organized, accessible and always up to date in order to facilitate store organisation and coordinate with your team to drive sales in-store.
* Supervise the deliveries and coordinate with headquarters for annual stock counts.
* Provide an outstanding and unforgettable client experience. Whether they are long-time RIMOWA brand ambassadors or are discovering our products for the first time, ensuring that our clients embark on their own personal RIMOWA journeys is our top priority.
* Assist with special requests and perform repairs in coordination with our client care department.
* Be a team player, first and foremost, who is eager to learn about our products, our brand and history. Organized and structured
Passionate about storytelling, lifestyle, luxury and travel.
Enthusiastic about retail and delivering memorable experiences for our clientele.
Have a great eye for visual details and are eager to achieve team objectives.
Proactive in how you approach clientele, build long-term relationships and approach each situation with a collaborative spirit.
Experienced in the luxury or taking your your first steps in the sector.
Fluent in Spanish and English. Additional languages are a plus.
