Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and legally proficient Contract Analyst to support our insurance claims operations through comprehensive policy review and summarization. This role is critical in helping the team standardize policy language across multiple clients and ensure clarity in policy application during claims handling.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct in-depth reviews of insurance policies across various clients.
* Summarize policy conditions in a structured format to support claims processing and identify opportunities for standardization.
* Provide legal interpretation and guidance on policy wording and application.
* Maintain a repository of standardized policy summaries for internal use.
* Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to align policy insights with operational strategy.
* Support the development of product clusters by identifying commonalities in policy structures.
* Research and resolve moderately complex contract or remittance issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
* Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Account Management, Claims) to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
* Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation for policy and contract adjustments.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in law or related field (required).
* Experience in insurance, legal review, or claims operations is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
* Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance and contract terms is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Fluent in English
