Test Analyst - *FRENCH SPEAKING

As a Test Analyst, you'll play a critical role in guaranteeing the quality and reliability of our products for the French market. You'll combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of how French customers use our solutions, ensuring every release meets the highest standards.

What you'll do:

Prepare accurate test estimates and create/maintain test artefacts to support delivery.
Collaborate closely with the delivery team to ensure full coverage of requirements.
Perform a wide range of testing approaches, including exploratory, regression, risk-based, security, and usability testing.
Contribute to test automation by creating and maintaining automated scripts.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate test design, analyze complex scenarios, and improve efficiency-while retaining full accountability for test quality and outcomes.
Document risks, defects, and issues, and provide clear test metrics to the Test Team Lead.
Share knowledge across the testing team and support colleagues when needed.
Carry out additional tasks to meet business needs and ensure smooth delivery of high-quality products.

What we're looking for:

Experience with diverse testing approaches and test automation.
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
Fluency in French is mandatory, as this role specifically supports the French market.
Responsibilities

* Ensure testing complies with French market functional, legal, and regulatory requirements; communicate effectively in French with stakeholders.
* Understand the system under test and customer usage.
* Provide accurate and timely test estimates.
* Collaborate with the delivery team to create and maintain test artefacts that ensure efficiency and coverage.
* Execute various testing approaches (e.g., risk-based, exploratory, regression, security, usability) and stay current with best practices.
* Develop, execute, and maintain test automation scripts within the automation framework.
* Own all test activities within a phase, report risks/issues, and deliver test metrics to the Test Team Lead.
* Share knowledge across the testing team and coach others when needed.
* Perform additional tasks as directed to meet business needs.
