As an AI Engineer within this team, you will design and build cutting-edge agentic AI systems that reimagine how Sanofi's global Supply Chain operates.
You will architect and deploy intelligent, autonomous AI agents that automate complex supply chain workflows, unlock real-time decision-making, and drive operational excellence at scale.

Main responsibilities

Agentic AI Systems Development

* Design and develop agentic AI systems that automate and optimize end-to-end supply chain workflows, including demand forecasting, inventory management, logistics, and procurement
* Build multi-agent architectures using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent
* Develop AI-powered decision-making systems that enable autonomous or semi-autonomous operations across supply chain processes
* Integrate LLMs and generative AI capabilities into operational workflows to enhance intelligence, reasoning, and automation
* Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and vector database solutions to power knowledge-grounded AI agents

About you

Education

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field

Experience

* 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development or software engineering with working exposure to data engineering
* Proven experience building and deploying AI agents or multi-agent systems in a professional environment
* Track record of delivering production-grade AI or data solutions with measurable business impact

Technical Skills

* Programming: Python (proficient), SQL (advanced)
* Agentic Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph or similar
* LLM & GenAI: AWS Bedrock, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, experience with OpenAI/other providers transferable
* Vector Databases: Pinecone or equivalent
* Cloud Platforms: AWS or equivalent
* MLOPs: W&B Weave or equivalent, model monitoring, CI/CD for AI
* DevOps: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes

The salary range for this position is :EUR43.600,00 - EUR65.400,00
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs
