Job Description:
An opportunity for a VSM Detail Parts Defence Business has arisen within (COMPANY NAME) Operations, Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz).

RESPONSIBILITIES
The main tasks of the jobholder will be:
* Absolute management responsibilities for ADS programs of detailed parts in different technologies (bodywork, composite materials, superplastic forming, and manual assembly), including project interdependencies throughout the complete lifecycle of a program/product.
* Propose, develop, and apply the product or program strategy regarding the ADS customer.
* Ensure that all program objectives (product quality and delivery schedule, financial objectives, including profit and loss status) are met while verifying (COMPANY NAME) Cádiz plant's commitments to the customer.
* Lead the program organization, optimize, and allocate resources/conflicts/risks and opportunities.

This position requires identifying potential risks of non-compliance, as well as a commitment to act with integrity, as this is the foundation of the company's success, reputation, and sustained growth.
