We are now seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the resort into its next chapter - someone who inspires teams, elevates guest experiences, and brings Hyatt's culture of care to life every day.

The Role:
As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the overall success of the resort, leading a strong Executive Committee and acting as the key ambassador for Sarena de Muro with owners, partners, guests, and the local community.
Reporting to the Regional Vice President Operations, you will shape strategy, drive performance, and create an environment where colleagues feel proud, engaged, and empowered.

Profil requis du candidat:

What we expect from you:
* Proven senior leadership experience as a General Manager or equivalent in a resort or upscale hospitality environment.
* A people-centric leader who builds trust, develops talent, and leads with empathy.
* Strong commercial acumen and operational excellence.
* Comfortable working in an international and ownership-focused environment.
* Fluent in Spanish and English (German and other additional languages are an advantage).
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and guest experience
