Responsibilities

* Responsible for stock availability-daily activities to monitor plans vs forecast and allow our DCs/ distirbutors to ship the goods to our customers
* Ensure right stock at right place
* DOH inventory in line with targets, in case of desviations create and execute action plans
* Monitor stocks progression driven by supply processes such as stock out, stock low, stock high, obsolete stock or process exceptions.
* Avoid obsoletes executing plans
* Set up and maintain parameters in DRP planning sustems (SAP/JDA)
* Maintain daily/weekly/ monthly reports about STO, DOH, obsoletes..
* Identify, review and resolve exceptions for DRP parameters on different levels.
* In depth root causing of exceptions to ensure tha planning sustems always have the most reliable data.
* Collaborate closely with category supply planning. BU demand planning, DCs managers and logistics in central warehouse's to ensure correct alignment among them.
* Being backup of another planners
* Support other DRP planners in developing improvements in specific projects.
Qualifications

* Master/ bachelor degree in Supply Chain/Business Engineering or Economic Sciences
* Experience in logistics, supply chain or demand planning
* Good working knowledge of MS Office package, in particular Excel.
* Fluent in Spanish and good level of English
