What do we do?
We are a Spanish pharmaceutical company engaged in the research and development, manufacturing and marketing of small molecules and biological medical products.
We likewise use our sales channels to market a number of licensed pharmaceutical products, imaging contrast agents and other products for hospital use, as well as OTC pharmaceuticals.
All of this is carried out through our specialized sales team formed by more than 260 people who promote the products with specialized medical professionals and in hospitals and pharmacies.

Scope of job:
Corporate responsibilities, coordinating proposals across the ROIS Corporate Network (ROIS Madrid Julian Camarillo, ROIS San Sebastian de los Reyes, ROIS Alcalá de Henares and ROIS Phoenix AZ sites). Based in Madrid, Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
* RFI/RFP Leadership & Evaluation: Lead the evaluation process for incoming RFI/RFP, determining "go/no-go" based on technical and strategic fit, and gathering and estimating cost and implementation time for CAPEX, OPEX and Unit Price.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Control, HSE, Operations and Controlling to gather production feasibility, cost and timelines for new product proposals.
* NPI Strategy Alignment: Align proposal strategies with the Company's strategic goals, with Business Development vision, with Operational, Quality and HSE capabilities and with NPI stage-gate process.
* Risk Mitigation: Identify potential technical, supply chain, or financial risks within the RFP and propose mitigation strategies.
* Document Development and Review: Drive the development and review of high-quality, compliant proposals and responses that highlight the company's Unique Selling Proposition for the new product.
* Strategic Technical Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for driving deep-dive technical discussions and due diligence inquiries with client counterparts. Clarify requirements, defend technical solutions, and ensure NPI capabilities are aligned with client needs.
* Requirement Synthesis: Translate complex RFP and additional requirements gathered during technical sessions back to the internal teams to ensure the final proposal reflects the nuances of the client's request.
* Technical Due Diligence Management: Organize and host "Technical Site Visits" at manufacturing facilities. Organize the agenda, briefing local subject matter experts, and ensuring local SMEs effectively showcase the company's technical maturity.
* Process Improvement: Manage the repository of RFI/RFP content (knowledge library) and continuously improve proposal submission procedures.
* Internal Training & Mentorship: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to train peers on NPI processes, technical benchmarks, RFP best practices, Project Management and New Product Introduction methodologies, to elevate the overall team's technical and commercial acumen.
* Technical-to-Operational Translation: Lead "handover" sessions where complex technical commitments made during the proposal phase are translated into actionable project milestones for Project Managers, ensuring no loss of information between the award and execution phases.
* Implementation Advocacy: Support the Project Management teams (Local NPI teams) during the initial stages of project launch to resolve technical ambiguities, ensuring the implementation team fully understands the client's technical expectations and "intent" behind the proposal.
* Cross-Functional Support: Provide ad-hoc technical and strategic support during the project lifecycle if scope changes (Change Requests) occur, ensuring any amendments remain aligned with the original NPI strategy and technical feasibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience: Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in proposal management, NPI, or technical project management within a corporate setting.
* Technical Understanding: Strong ability to interpret technical specifications and convert them into compelling business proposals.
* RFI/RFP Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of the RFI/RFP lifecycle and vendor selection processes.
* Project Management: Excellent skills in organizing complex, multi-component projects under tight deadlines.
* Communication and Leadership: Highly networked; able to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
* Technical Diplomacy: Strong ability to manage technical objections and pushback from client experts while protecting the company's Intellectual Property (IP) and commercial interests.
* Audit & Inspection Readiness: Proven experience managing technical questionnaires, industrial audits, or rigorous due diligence processes.
* Software Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
