What's the job?
As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of sales and marketing strategies, driving revenue and brand visibility.
You will coordinate campaigns, events and client communications, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
This role offers a dynamic environment to manage multiple projects while contributing to the hotel's commercial success.
Your day-to-day
Support and coordinate the production of all marketing materials and customer-facing content.
Collaborate in the creation of copy for Email Marketing, Website, App, digital channels, paid campaigns and organic social media, ensuring consistency with brand tone of voice and identity.
Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional activities.
Support the organization of photoshoots and content production.
Manage PR requests, coordinate press stays and assist in the organization of events.
Provide support in internal procedures related to Comp Forms and media and influencer stays.
Assist in the execution of cultural activations and events, ensuring all marketing actions are properly implemented.
Support all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEA, email marketing, social media, display and metasearch.
Maintain and update website content, optimizing its SEO performance and ensuring proper implementation of campaigns and activations.
Research and analyze marketing trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with agencies and other external partners to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and projects.
What we need from you
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Interest in digital marketing, content creation, branding, hospitality and lifestyle culture.
* Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle or a creative agency.
* C1 level of English or higher is essential.
* Proactive, positive and dynamic individual, with energy, empathy and a strong team-oriented mindset..
