We are looking for a Runner for the BOSS Store, La Cañada, located in the La Cañada shopping center (Marbella).
Job details:
* 30 hours per week.
* High level of English (B2-C1).
* Previous experience in warehouse retail, as a Runner, or as a sales associate.
* We are looking for energetic and positive people who are eager to work.
* Responsible individuals with values, who are willing to learn but also contribute to the team
* Inmediate incorporation.
* 4 months of contract.

What you can expect:

In your role as a Runner, you are responsible for all stockroom operations to optimize the retail business and enhance efficiency of the selling process to drive commercial success.

* Responsible for physical stock management and movement as well as maintaining the effective overall stock flow and storage process to improve and speed up the customer experience
* Managing product flow between stockroom & sales floor
* Supporting in all operations for loss prevention
* Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
* Drive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed

Your profile:

Experiencia previa:
* Experiencia previa en un rol similar de gestión dentro de un entorno de retail y/o almacén.
Habilidades y competencias:
* Capacidad para ser flexible y adaptarse a las necesidades del negocio.
* Uso competente de sistemas empresariales y las últimas tecnologías.
* Demostrar un fuerte sentido comercial.
* Disposición para aprender y desarrollarse constantemente.
* Pasión y conocimiento sobre la marca.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación a todos los niveles, tanto escritas como verbales.
