Overview As an Account Executive, you will be part of the Accounts team, providing daily support to one or more clients. You will be the main point of contact with the client's team and will be responsible for managing communication projects from an execution perspective. Your main responsibility will be to coordinate the client's requests internally within the agency, working with Strategy, Creative, Media teams, and other internal specialists or external providers. You will primarily work in a 360º communication environment, participating in comprehensive campaigns and tactical projects. Responsibilities Establish direct relationships with the client's advertising and marketing team as well as internal agency departments. Coordinate different internal departments and, occasionally, external providers. Manage, coordinate, and take responsibility for the simultaneous progress of multiple projects. Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and coordinate the production and execution of online and offline projects. Prepare briefs, status reports, meeting notes, competitive analyses, and presentations. Monitor budgets for assigned brands and coordinate billing. Coordinate 360º communication projects: radio, outdoor, social media, digital, and other channels. Collaborate closely with creative, strategic, and graphic, technical, and audiovisual production teams. Understand and embrace 360º communication in all its phases. Qualifications University degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. 2 years of experience managing clients. Previous experience in an agency. Knowledge of the energy sector and related brands is a plus. Experience in B2B, B2C, and internal communication campaigns. Experience with filming/shooting and knowledge of the digital environment. High level of English. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Dynamic, flexible, organized, and proactive profile. Strong problem-solving skills. Openness to change and new ideas.
