About the Provider Organization Department
Provider Organization is a department created in 2025 and part of International Health Delivery Services. It encompasses Provider Network, Provider Operations and Payment Integrity teams and its mission is to drive provider excellence through smart network segmentation, outcome focused partnerships and shared accountability.
About the team & role
The Provider Program Manager is empowered to drive strategic initiatives and delivery business transformation across the Provider Organization. He / she will be part of a very energetic and enthusiastic team leading innovative initiatives meant to exponentially transform the provider experience and internal operations.
The Provider Program Manager is positioned to work hand in hand with a variety of teams and functions, spanning technology, finance, data and analytics operations etc. which offers he / she a unique perspective on business priorities, speed of execution new opportunities as well as challenges to overcome.
The role reports into the Head of Strategy and Transformation within the Provider Organization and will work closely with the Network Managers.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
* Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, governance, business case and resource requirements.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
* Monitor project progress, proactively identify and address risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring clear communication and coordination among internal teams, such as, D&A, Technology, PSO etc. and external partners.
* Prepare and deliver regular project updates, executive presentations, and post-implementation reviews.
* Analyse project outcomes, capture lessons learned, and recommend process improvements for future initiatives.
Skills and Competencies Required
* Project Management Expertise: 7 years + proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects using established methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Operational expertise: Experience or exposure in following functions: Claims, Pre-authorization, Network, Reconciliation, Strategy, Finance, Change management
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture, connect dots across the organization, and translate strategy into actionable plans.
* Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities, with proficiency in data-driven decision making. Ability to evaluate and analyze information from a variety of sources
* Communication and Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
* Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in anticipating issues, identifying solutions, and adapting to changing circumstances.
* Change Management: Experience supporting organizational change initiatives and guiding teams through transitions.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master or equivalent preferred);
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
* Energetic and enthusiastic team-player
* Ability to speak and write in languages other than English is preferred/but not required
