CLIENT ADVISOR

MADRID SERRANO - FLAGSHIP BOUTIQUE

OFFERING:

Salary up to EUR28K, according to experience
Great Benefits and bonus scheme
40 hours per week

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build customer loyalty through proactive client development and consistent follow-up.
Stay up to date with collections, demonstrating strong product knowledge and a results-driven approach to exceeding KPI targets.
Support all daily operations in collaboration with colleagues and management, ensuring impeccable standards on the sales floor, stockroom, and VM in line with company guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 2 year's experience in a premium or luxury fashion industry
Excellent styling and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in driving sales and meeting sales target
Fluent in Spanish and English language
