To realize this goal, we establish relationships, develop partner capabilities and programs-at all levels from tactical to strategic. We collaborate closely with internal and external partners to craft plans that scale the business and adoption of the Apple ecosystem. As a Carrier Account Manager you will be responsible for handling and developing the sales activity for Apple's Carriers business for an assigned carrier account, responsible for the sales of Apple products and services. You will drive the year-on-year growth in Apple share of carrier revenue, through person will active engagement with carrier to drive iPhone sales, increase attach of other major products and accessories, and lead internal and external partner collaboration for the execution of necessary programs.
Develop and implement the go-to-market plan for your partner aligned to their strategic objectives and work with the Spanish team to prioritise activities and programs as well as managing partner aligned demand generation plans. Work closely with your partner's leadership to build and execute business development plans and enable their success by providing programs, training, and tools to grow their Apple business. Drive your account plan by influencing and collaborating cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to bring the best of Apple to your partner. Manage all operational elements of the account to optimise customer experiences and sales performance. Negotiate and manage contractual agreements between Apple and your partner.
Demonstrated consultative selling experience and developing channel growth strategies with partners where you've balanced delivering on short-term goals, while building sustainable value for customers and partners, and demand for the future. 6-10 years of Sales / Account management experience in a mobile device or HW company, technology industry. Demonstrate a deep understanding of market trends and the Spanish Telco channel. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education. Fluent in Spanish and English language.
