Description du poste:

At Sage, we believe face-to-face collaboration drives innovation, so we operate a hybrid model. You'll work three days per week in the office and two days from home.

We are seeking a commercially minded Partner Success Manager to own the post-sale success of our enterprise Embedded Services partners, including large banks, fintechs, and vertical SaaS platforms.

This is a high-impact role at the heart of our business, where you'll bridge Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure our partners don't just launch but truly succeed and scale.

Your Mission:

You'll step into partner engagements at the final stage of the sales cycle and take full ownership once deals are signed. From onboarding to long-term growth, you'll be the single accountable owner for partner success, driving adoption, value, and performance across the entire lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Lead structured handovers from Sales and take full ownership post-signature
* Define onboarding plans, success milestones, and governance frameworks
* Ensure successful launch and scaling of Embedded Services
* Enable partners both operationally and commercially to reach full potential
* Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams
* Act as the central point of coordination across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support
* Ensure delivery against commitments and timelines
* Track partner health, adoption, and performance metrics
* Proactively identify risks and lead resolution efforts
* Demonstrate measurable value delivered
* Identify expansion opportunities and support upsell readiness
* Feed partner insights into Product and Strategy to influence roadmap and operating model
What You Bring:

* Experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships
* Background in SaaS, FinTech, or platform businesses, with enterprise-level partners
* Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders
* Strong commercial and operational acumen, especially in API-led or embedded models
* A highly structured, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset
* Confidence using data and metrics to guide decisions and conversations
* A self-starter attitude-comfortable operating in fast-paced, scaling environments

Nice to Have
* Experience working with banks, fintechs, or vertical SaaS platforms
* Familiarity with accounting, payroll, or financial ecosystems
* Background in consulting or enterprise SaaS
* Additional European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish)
