We're hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn all aspects of our business.
The starting wage for this position is $18 per hour

What You'll Do:
* Sales & Customer Service
* Support achievement of location sales goals
* Deliver excellent customer experience to contribute to high customer service scores
* Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices
* Operations & Fleet Management
* Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control
* Assist with store operations and compliance
* Vehicle and Facility Care
* Support team with miscellaneous task including but not limited to cleaning and preparing vehicles for customers, lot management, and customer service assistance
* Finance & Administration
* Learn finance processes and support deal completion
* Understand reporting, documentation, and business metrics
* Leadership Development
* Shadow and support management in daily operations
* Build skills in team leadership, scheduling, and performance coaching
* Prepare for future leadership roles through structured training
* Learn how role contributes to/impacts the overall financial wellbeing of the company

What We're Looking For:
* Must be 20 years of age or older
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Valid driver's license
* Strong computer and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow
* Exceptional time management skills
* Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Presentable attire
* Experience working in a professional environment
