Workplace & Facilities Generalist

Description du poste:

Working closely with the EMEA PREWF team, the PREWF Generalist coordinates vendors, supports building operations and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within the Paris, Ghent, and EMEA co-working offices. Coordinates onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HR and IT. Manages office supplies, stock levels, deliveries and service providers. Ensures meeting rooms, common areas and shared spaces are maintained to a high standard. Supports internal events and office initiatives in coordination with the EMEA team. Supports the coordination of building maintenance and repair works with landlords and external vendors in Paris. Assists in the modernization and support of building systems, including BMS, smart lighting (LV), and IoT solutions to centralize control and optimize operational efficiency. Supports small renovation works, space adjustments and office improvement initiatives. Ensures service providers meet agreed service levels and performance standards
