YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As store manager you will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of commercial targets and contributing to the development of the brand's image and reputation; by defining the business strategy, sharing a compelling vision and a clear execution roadmap. This role focuses on leading teams, driving sales, profitability, and client satisfaction while maintaining a well-organized store environment.
KEY FOR SUCCESS Education: Business School, University or "equivalent experience" Experience: Retail experience required Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus Competencies: Strong business sense and ability to drive results Product and fashion sensitivity Proven ability to manage large teams, strong leadership High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty Strong communication skills Organizational skills, sense of priorities and agility Talent for coaching and developing a team Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, sincerity and curiosity Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Detail oriented, highly organized Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact with all levels of the organization Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Languages: Fluent in French and English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
