We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Sales Operations team as a Sales Operations Analyst. This position will primarily focus on managing maintenance renewals and invoicing processes.
Responsibilities
Maintenance Renewals Management:
* Monitor and track maintenance contracts to ensure timely renewals.
* Coordinate with sales representatives and customers to facilitate renewal processes.
* Generate renewal quotes and proposals as needed.
Invoicing:
* Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
* Verify billing details and resolve any discrepancies.
* Coordinate with finance department to ensure timely billing and payment processing.
Data Management:
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance contracts, renewals, and invoices in the CRM system.
* Update and manage customer information as needed.
About you
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
* fluent in french and english
* 1-2 years experience
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
* Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
