Job Description

You join Ossiam as a Middle Office Officer to ensure the proper processing of financial transactions carried out in connection with the management of its portfolios, essentially UCITS V under Luxembourg and Irish law. The concerned transactions cover products listed as OTC on various asset classes, as well as the management of the associated collateral. In liaison with the external stakeholders (valuator and custodian, transfer agent, counterparties), the candidate will have the task of ensuring the proper execution of the tasks related to the activity of the Middle Office.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:
* Follow the flows related to the transactions carried out by the management teams of Ossiam;
* Control the net assets values;
* Follow the valuation of derivative products;
* Check compliance with regulatory and statutory ratios;
* Reconcile operations with counterparties;
* Manage the suspense.

As a Middle Office Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships and operating procedures with the various service providers in order to ensure the smooth running of management activities. You will work closely with the management team and the IT department to administer and maintain the reference base of Ossiam, which includes the definition and application of the policy and valuation rules for the various instruments in the portfolio, the tracking of liability movements and the realization of reportings. Thanks to your strong analytical skills, you will effectively manage your activity while ensuring rigorous first-level control. You will also be responsible for communicating regularly on the results, the checks carried out, and the areas for improvement identified through activity reports.
