Description du poste
We are looking for passionate Sales Advisor with retail experiences for our Flagship Store in Marais and Men's wear store in Galeries Lafayette Haussmann.
Main Responsibilities:
Client Welcome & Personalized Advice
* Provide attentive, tailor-made service to each client while showcasing our collections and communicating the brand's story and values.Sales Development
* Achieve - and exceed - individual and team sales targets through in-depth product knowledge, effective selling techniques, and brand storytelling.Client Retention
* Build long-term relationships with clients through clienteling actions, such as collecting contact details, personalized follow-ups, and exclusive event invitations.Merchandising
* Ensure the impeccable and inspiring store's presentation in line with SYSTEM's visual standards and guidelines.Stock Management
* Support efficient stock control (restocking, inventory checks, minimizing discrepancies) to maintain smooth store operations.
Profil recherché
* Experience+2 year of retail experience, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
* Interpersonal SkillsExcellent communication skills with both local and international clientele. Strong sense of service and professionalism.
* LanguagesFluent in French and English; a third language is a plus.
* Commercial SkillsResults-driven, proactive, and motivated by challenges, with the ability to turn every interaction into a sales opportunity.
* Team SpiritCollaborative mindset, able to work effectively within a multicultural team.
