Entity Finance Business Partner

We are currently looking for a motivated talent to join our Entity Finance team. If you are a proactive professional with strong organizational and communication skills and a passion for corporate affairs and communications, this opportunity is for you!

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As an Entity Finance Partner, you will lead the day-to-day accounting operations across Market, Factory, and Cyprus entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with IFRS and corporate policies.
You will play a key role in overseeing month-end and year-end closing processes, maintaining general ledger integrity, and supporting the preparation of financial statements. By collaborating closely with Finance, Tax, and cross-functional teams, you will help drive operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end accounting operations across Market, Factory, and Cyprus entities, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment across all areas

* Ensure accurate financial reporting and full compliance with IFRS, Local GAAP, and internal corporate policies

* Own and drive month-end and year-end closing processes, safeguarding general ledger integrity and timely delivery

* Drive KAR ownership and ensure high-quality, fully reconciled balance sheet accounts across all entities

* Strengthen internal controls, governance, and continuously improve processes across R2R, P2P, and O2C cycles

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA/IFRS certification preferred; A' Class Tax qualification considered an asset

* 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

* Solid experience in accounting, financial reporting, and closing processes

* Strong knowledge of IFRS, Local GAAP, and internal controls

* Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage complex, multi-entity environments

* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
