Overview We are looking for a resourceful Digital Media Specialist to join Starcom. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy turning insights into impactful digital campaigns, and are keen to work across multiple platforms and clients, then this could be the right next step for you. Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end execution of digital campaigns, including display, video, native and social media advertising. Develop and implement innovative digital media strategies that align with client objectives, ensuring maximum reach and impact. Work closely with clients to understand their goals, provide strategic insights, and deliver exceptional service. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver comprehensive reports to clients on a regular basis. Work closely with cross teams. Qualifications Proven experience 2-3 years in digital media planning and execution within an agency setting. Academic Degree (a degree in Marketing or Business / Economics will be considered a plus). Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies. Proficient in English and Greek (written and verbal) Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making. Profil requis du candidat:
