We are currently looking for :
Commercial Assistant Pierre Fabre Dermocosmetics & Personal Care / Fixed Term Contract (1year)

As a Commercial Assistant, you will provide essential support to the Commercial department and assist in various departmental administrative tasks. Your role will involve coordination, communication, and execution of various commercial activities to ensure smooth and timely departmental operation and commercial implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
* Provide administrative assistance to Commercial & Sales team
* Prepare required reports and analyses
* Commercial Call center responsibility

Commercial Activities:
* Maintain and update latest clientele information
* Contribute to the distribution of promotional materials to field teams
* Update and distribute relevant materials like pricelists, newsletters, catalogues, order forms to commercial teams
* Order form configuration
* Customer order consolidation
* Newsletter dispatch to customers
* B2B platform update
* Team expense report oversight

Financial Management:
* Invoices control and management
* Customer credit note process management and issuance for all relevant channels
* Track relevant commercial budget spending
* Purchase order creation and track

Who you are ?

Qualifications & Experience
* Location: Based in Athens
* Education: Bachelor's degree.
* Experience: 2-4 years of experience in administrative positions, sales support, commercial operations - preferably in cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.
* Languages: English (fluent), plus local language proficiency.

Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
* Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems or ERP software is a plus.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
