Job Purpose

We're seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Biller to join our team in a fully in-office role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working independently, and brings strong accounting knowledge to daily billing operations.

Job Description

* Prepare, review, and process project billing with accuracy and timeliness
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and completeness
* Follow up on rejected or past due invoices
* Generate reports and analyze billing data
* Support month-end and year-end accounting activities as needed

You are meant for this job if:

* Minimum of 2+ years accounting experience, with project billing experience preferred
* Good understanding of Accounting and Financial theory and principles
* Advanced personal computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and other formulas as needed)
* Experience in an ERP environment, SAP preferred.
* Demonstrated solid ability to work independently and solve complex, non-recurring problems. Strong communication skills with attention to details and organization
