Overview CINEMATOGRAPHER We are looking for a hands-on Cinematographer to join our in-house production team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing camera and lighting setups across a wide range of productions, including commercial shoots, internal content, events, and studio projects, ensuring high-quality visual and technical delivery. Key responsibilities Operate camera systems and execute lighting setups for studio and on-location productions Capture high-quality footage across various formats, including commercial content, events, and internal productions Ensure consistency in framing, exposure, colour, and overall image quality Prepare and adapt studio setups, including lighting rigs, camera systems, and monitoring environments Support both planned productions and short-notice filming requests Manage footage, metadata, and file structures in line with production standards Ensure proper data handling, backups, and delivery for post-production Align technical settings (colour space, codecs, frame rates) with post-production requirements Maintain and troubleshoot camera and lighting equipment Follow established workflows, safety guidelines, and technical standards What we're looking for 5+ years of experience in cinematography, camera operation, or technical production roles Strong hands-on experience with camera systems and lighting setups Solid understanding of production and post-production workflows Experience working in fast-paced studio or production environments Ability to work across different production types, including events and internal content Strong attention to detail and technical precision Reliable, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset Clear communication and ability to collaborate with production and post teams Technical skills Camera operation (cinema and mirrorless systems) Lighting setup and control Understanding of colour spaces, codecs, and frame rates File management, backup workflows, and data handling Basic knowledge of editing and review tools (e.g. DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Frame.io) Additional information Why should you join Publicis Groupe?
