Position: Regional Technical Process Owner, SRM/SCM
Business Unit: Schneider Digital | Enterprise IT Europe
Location: Budapest

Mission
The Regional Technical Process Owner (rTPO) supports the implementation of our UNIFY solution across Europe, ensuring technical consistency, integration, performance, and best practice alignment across domains and IT Tools.

The role serves as a technical bridge between the Business Process Owners (BPOs), Functional Experts, and Digital implementation teams, actively supporting the process definition, regional rollout life cycle of digital solutions.

What you'll do:
* Deployment of the UNIFY solution
Process Expertise:
* Deep technical and functional understanding of UNIFY SAP S/4 processes, functions and Best of Breed tools in a business context of a given domain
* Contribute to technical design and architecture, ensuring alignment with global templates and Business Processes
Implementation Support:
* Understand As-Is and To Be business processes.
* Work with regional business process owners and local teams to gather technical and functional requirements
* Participate in F2F workshops and produce configuration files
* Participate in/execute testing, data preparation and drive cutover execution
Change Management & Training:
* Together with business process owners and local team support to develop change management plan and help training activity
* Provide support to local team to ensure a smooth transformation from existing legacy to UNIFY solution
Integration:
* Ensure that all integration points between UNIFY S/4 and BoB and existing legacy systems are analyzed, developed and tested
* Assure compliance of Global Solutions with local Legal Requirements

* Support for Deployment of Best-of-Breed (BoB) Applications
System Integration & Architecture (both in engage and UNIFY phases)
* Contribute to the technical architecture and integration of BoB solutions with ERP
* Support testing of E2E processes including BoB
* Support cutover activities related to BoB
Project Participation:
* Participate in BoB deployment planning and execution
* Ensure system readiness, support testing, and drive resolution of deployment issues
* Actively participate in F2T workshops
* Assure good quality Data Mapping and manage Data Migration

* Support of Existing Legacy Systems
Stability and Continuity
* Ensure continuity of legacy applications during the transformation period
* Collaborate with business and DTC to resolve technical issues in existing platforms
* Help ensure legacy systems remain integrated and technically ready throughout migration planning
* Provide insights on process dependencies and risks.
* Post-Implementation Support for UNIFY (S/4HANA) and BoB
Knowledge Sharing & Training
* Update process and system documentation regularly
* By regular trainings, keep the solution knowledge of Key Users at the right level
* Contribute to the onboarding process of newcomers hired for key role
* Maintain Lesson Learned knowledge base

What You'll Bring:
* Degree in a relevant field of study: Business Administration, Supply Chain, Computer Science, etc.
* Several years of experience in purchasing and supply chain processes, understanding of these
functional areas and the specific workflows, scenarios, challenges, etc.
* Ideally business experience combined with SAP implementation projects exposure (at key user level and above)
* Hands-on experience in SAP MM (mandatory)
* Necessary technical skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to learn and apply Solution Template (based on existing documentation) and Deployment Methodology as well
* Advantage:
* Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
* Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, SAP CALM, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
* Excellent communication skills, can find the right tone with various internal stakeholders, deployment audiences
* High energy level, proactive and solution-focused mindset
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, matrix environment.
* Fluent English knowledge - written and spoken

Travel Requirements:
* Minimum 30% travel within Europe (in general every month for on-site workshops or project deployments typically not exceeding 1 week).
