Part-time (20 hours/week) · Budapest · On-site
We're looking for a warm, organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face of one of our client sites in Budapest, within JLL's Integrated Facilities Management business. As the first point of contact for visitors, callers and the client's customers, you'll keep front of house running smoothly and make every interaction feel effortless and professional. It's a great opportunity to meet a wide range of people, work in a polished corporate environment, and build hands-on experience in facilities management. If you take pride in great service and stay calm and friendly even when things get busy, you'll thrive here. This is a part-time role of 20 hours per week, with some flexibility on hours when needed.
What You'll Do
* Provide front-of-house and reception services on behalf of the client, handling every duty with care, commitment and courtesy.
* Anticipate, welcome and announce visitor arrivals, making sure each guest has a smooth, professional experience.
* Respond to the client's customers' requests promptly and helpfully, delivering a consistently high level of support.
* Operate the switchboard and manage internal and external telephone enquiries - directing calls across the building, taking messages and emailing the right people without delay.
* Handle couriers, post deliveries and collections, and keep the reception area neat and presentable at all times.
* Check and action emails each morning, book taxis in line with the client's policies, and keep management information systems accurate and up to date.
* Manage client requests through the ticketing system in place and support with events as needed.
* Provide cover and assist with ad-hoc duties off reception in exceptional circumstances, always in line with Health & Safety policies.
What We're Looking For
* Fluency in Hungarian and strong communication skills in English, both essential for this role.
* A natural people person, comfortable interacting with everyone in the business and running a busy telephone and customer-facing reception desk.
* The ability to juggle multiple requests and stay productive in a fast-paced office environment.
* A reliable, organised approach - completing tasks and responsibilities accurately and on time.
* An empathetic, supportive and responsive service style, staying calm, courteous and polite in every situation.
* A proactive mindset with a high level of initiative - you spot what needs doing and take it on.
* A good level of IT literacy and basic technical understanding.
* Flexibility on working hours, including occasional work outside standard business hours if required.
