How You will contribute?

* You will facilitate the internal decision-making process (Stage Gate - the international best practice process for capital decision making), and contribute to the continuous review and improvement of this process in order to streamline the decision making;
* You will coordinate between various stakeholder groups to ensure project delivery;
* You will support senior management in decision making and ensure constant dialogue with relevant senior stakeholders;
* You will support project managers in the preparation of investment related proposals and by ensuring timely budget approvals;
* You will track the CAPEX spending of the project portfolio, participate in the preparation of CAPEX-reports for management;
* You will facilitate the Business Planning process of investment projects.

What you bring to the Team?

Educational Background- You have a University or College degree (at least B.Sc.) in Economics, Finance, Organization & Management or Petroleum engineering.

Professional Experience- Confident and proven practical - at least 2 years of experience in a corporate environment in business, economics, finance related roles - including internship roles as well.

Skills & Attitude-

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 preferred).
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Self-starter, proactive attitude.
* Structured way of thinking and good problem-solving skills - strong critical thinking.
* Ability to manage tasks autonomously.
* Confident MS Excel and PPT skills.

Advantages- Experience in project management and / or energy sector is a distinct advantage.
