Your Task

This role involves providing administrative support in German, English, and Hungarian languages. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, supporting the management team with reporting, scheduling, and organizing meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform administrative tasks in German, English, and Hungarian languages
* Create basic reports for the management team
* Schedule and manage management meetings and events
* Manage the reservation of meeting rooms, catering, and technical support for on-site events
* Monitor deadlines for running management tasks and follow up on open tasks
* Create and track Action Item Lists
* Take meeting minutes
* Support the Head of Unit in new projects
* Create professional slide decks and documents in both English and German
* Maintain company introductory presentations and intranet pages
* Create new blog posts on the intranet sites
* Prepare management announcements and newsletters

Your Profile

We are looking for an Administrative Intern with strong language skills in English and German, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude to support management team activities.

Must Have Skills

* Commitment to at least 20 hours of work per week
* Very good English and German language skills
* Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
* Flexible, proactive and responsible attitude
* Problem-solving mindset
* Good organizational skills
* Attention to detail
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office package
* Active (or passive under 25) full-time student status for at least 1 more year

Nice to Have Skills

* Interest in sales or marketing
* Hungarian language skills
* Student status for more than 1 year
