Overview CREATIVE RESOURCE & TRAFFIC MANAGER We are looking for a Creative Resource & Traffic Manager to support creative capacity planning, workflow coordination and resource allocation across a fast-paced, multinational agency environment. This role is ideal for someone who already understands how agencies work from the inside, whether from an account management, project management, production, delivery or creative operations background, and is now motivated to move into a more central role focused on workflow, prioritization and resource planning. What you will do: Working closely with Creative Leads, Business Directors, and the Operations Manager, you will ensure the right people are assigned to the right projects at the right time, while proactively identifying and resolving capacity and delivery challenges. Own and manage capacity planning and resource allocation across creative teams Ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery across all projects and accounts Review incoming briefs and define appropriate staffing solutions based on expertise, scope, timing, and priorities Collaborate with Creative, Account, and Operations teams to prioritize and optimize workloads Identify and resolve resource bottlenecks, conflicts, and workflow challenges Maintain visibility over project timelines, utilization, and team capacity Support freelance resourcing and recruitment needs when required Contribute to improving and managing processes, tools, and operational efficiency What we are looking for We are looking for someone with solid agency experience who enjoys coordination, structure and problem-solving. Experience in Account Management, Integrated Project Management, Production Management, Traffic Management, or Creative Operations are a great fit for this role. If you are the person who notices when timelines are unrealistic, teams are overloaded, briefs are unclear, or priorities need to be negotiated, let's meet! 3-5 years of experience in an agency environment Background in account management, project management, production, traffic, creative operations or a similar coordination-heavy role Strong understanding of creative, digital, campaign or production workflows Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines at the same time Highly organized, proactive and solution-oriented mindset Confident stakeholder management and prioritization skills Ability to stay calm and practical under pressure Fluent English skills Nice to have Experience in a multinational or integrated agency environment Experience with resource planning, traffic management or workflow tools Previous exposure to multi-market or regional projects Experience working with freelance creative or production resources Additional information Why should you join Publicis Groupe?
