Job Description:

* As a Recruiter you are the competent contact person for the business unit and responsible for the smooth search and placement of our open vacancies
* Responsible for the formulation, placement and management of job advertisements and the follow-up of applications
* Active sourcing / direct approach (Xing, LinkedIn, social media) of potential candidates
* Coordinating appointments and conducting interviews via telephone / video
* Establishing & expanding a talent pool with a focus on the automotive industry
* Documentation of recruitment efforts in weekly meetings

Qualifications:

* Business fluent German and good English skills
* Several years of professional experience in recruiting and talent pipelining
* Knowledge of active sourcing & HR channels (incl. social media)
* Passion for recruiting and personnel
* Knowledge of MS Office and HR software and enjoy administrative work and maintaining the applicant management system
* Affinity for the automotive industry and technical understanding desirable
* Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and organizational talent
* Team player
