Job Description:
Do you want to contribute to strategic price management and market intelligence activities in an international environment? Join our team and support the SEE region by managing public price list processes, analysing market trends and providing valuable insights for business decisions.
Your tasks:
► You will be responsible for developing, running and continuously improving the end-to-end process related to the creation and management of country public price lists for Bosch and Hitachi brands in the SEE region,in close collaboration with regional business, sales operations and order management teams.
► You will take ownership of the Market Database by continuously following market trends, environmental changes and use case developments.
► You will provide strategic market foresight by analysing trends, legislation, incentive programmes and customer needs based on available market studies.
► You will prepare and update country Market Fact Sheets reflecting relevant market trends, use cases and customer insights.
► You will manage and maintain the Price Mirror Tool.
► You will analyse new markets, export opportunities and new product segments.
► Furthermore, you will act as a link between the SEE region and central marketing/business development teams, and participate in market visits and studies when needed to follow market trends.
► You will contribute to the optimization and update of PT-related processes.
Qualifications:
► Education: University degree in economics, business, engineering or a comparable field; Master's degree is an advantage.
► Experience and know-how: Experience in price management, market intelligence, market analysis or a related business area. Knowledge of market trends, legislation, customer needs and dedicated product segments is an advantage.
► Analytical skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends and translate insights into business-relevant conclusions.
► Working style: Structured, precise and proactive way of working, with the ability to manage complex topics independently.
► Personality: Strategic thinking, self-driven attitude, strong ownership and openness to working in an international and intercultural environment.
► International mindset: Willingness to travel internationally when required.
► Languages: Fluent English knowledge is required; further Eastern European languages, such as Romanian, Hungarian or similar, are an advantage.
