TASKS:

Customer Demand planning
* Integrate customer orders into the system
* Monitor demand changes and highlight major forecast deviations
* Manage deliveries and ensure on-time performance
* Oversee end-to-end supply chain (procurement, production, shipping) and follow up on issues
* Coordinate with logistics partners and maintain key parameters
* Support new projects ramp-up and follow-up packaging availability

Production Planning
* Ensure customer demand is met through effective production planning
* Ensure the feasibility of the Customers' programs internally
* Launch and adjust production schedules based on priorities
* Track service levels and implement improvement actions
* Maintain optimal inventory levels

Identify potential interruptions in Supply Chain
* Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions
* Escalate issues and align priorities with Sales and customers
* Monitor and follow up on action plans

REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum BSc degree in economics / business / logistics or related field or equivalent work experience
* At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing environment
* Proficient knowledge of English, German language is an advantage
* Experience with SAP is a strong advantage
* Strong customer oriented behavior
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
