Key Account Manager - Radiology

Position Overview:

As a Key Account Manager in Radiology, you will play a pivotal role in planning and implementing sales strategies for major accounts in Hungary, specifically in the western part of the country and Budapest. Your expertise in cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and managing accounts will be critical to achieving sales targets and fostering long-term trustful relationships with customers. You will act as a key interface between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring the fulfillment of account needs and contributing to the integration of country feedback into cluster brand marketing.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Achieve sales targets and assigned account objectives;

* Conduct sales and application training for medical devices;

* Identify key decision makers, influencers, and gatekeepers in assigned accounts and develop an effective network;

* Anticipate future customer needs and deliver solutions by mobilizing the right internal resources and stakeholders;

* Establish and build long-term trustful relationships with customers;

* Develop, implement, monitor, and follow-up on account plans in close cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders;

* Act as a key interface between customers, leveraging all relevant communication channels and internal stakeholders;

* Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of account needs, leading cross-functional teams without authority;

* Contribute to the integration of country feedback into cluster brand marketing, including budgeting and forecasting for revenue and production;

* Monitor competitive activity in each account and formulate appropriate response strategies with relevant internal stakeholders;

* Develop marketing measures and argumentation aids for relevant target groups;

* Support KOLs and customers at national and international symposia and congresses.

WHO YOU ARE

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

This position is located in the western part of Hungary and Budapest; candidates are expected to be based in this area or willing to commute.

* University degree or comparable experience in the pharmaceutical business;

* Minimum two years of successful track record in sales;

* Experience in medical devices or software sales is an advantage;

* Experience in managing project activities;

* Innovative and strategic thinking;

* Ability to balance strong customer orientation with business objectives;

* Proficiency in English.
