The Credits and Incentives team is responsible for managing compliance activities related to statutory and federal credit programs across various states. This role involves conducting extensive research on incentive programs and benefits, ensuring accurate reporting, and evaluating client eligibility for credits, including those under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform compliance activities for statutory and federal credits across multiple jurisdictions.
* Conduct detailed research on incentive programs, benefits, and legislative updates.
* Analyze client data to determine eligibility for credits and incentives.
* Prepare and review reports for IRA credits, including Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship (PWA) requirements.
* Ensure accurate documentation and maintain audit-ready compliance records.
* Collaborate with internal teams and users' team to maximize credit opportunities.
Required Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, pdf, word)
* Agile to learn the Knowledge of federal and state credit programs, including IRA provisions.
* Ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them effectively.
* Proficiency in research and data analysis.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
