As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent for current and future hiring needs. You will utilize a variety of sourcing methods to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, contributing to the overall success of our recruiting efforts.\\n\\nIt is a 12 month contract role on a third party payroll.\",\"description\":\"Partner with Recruiters to understand their specific hiring needs.
