Description du poste:
* Set vision, direction, and culture for the operations team to manage individual and team performance goals effectively.
* Work to ensure the delivery of an outstanding customer experience, addressing escalated concerns when necessary.
* Evaluate and manage resources and processes to ensure successful project completion.
* Act as a liaison between strategy teams and the implementation team.
* Ensure individual branches focus on Safety, Quality, Customer Service, and Profitability.
* Must have the ability to multitask, manage multiple accounts, and establish priorities effectively.
* The Operations Manager role is a middle-management position within the operations team.
* Perform ad-hoc analysis and generate reports based on business needs.
* Provide individual coaching and feedback sessions, including weekly one-on-ones to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Possess knowledge of supervisory techniques to effectively manage, motivate, and train employees.
* Monitor real-time service levels and schedule adherence.
* Collect feedback proactively and be responsible for tweaking processes to make them more robust.
* Possess excellent customer service skills and maintain a consistent, high level of service.
* Demonstrate structured problem-solving skills, detail-oriented approach, and a customer-first attitude.
* Prior experience in process design and operations implementation (preferably in logistics/Supply Chain Management).
Location: Operations Interns - Mumbai, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune | Engineering Interns - Bangalore.
