(COMPANY NAME) are looking for a Programme Manager to join our team in Cork on a permanent basis.

PGCS are the concentrate team in (COMPANY NAME) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of (COMPANY NAME)'s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of (COMPANY NAME) products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. Role Overview:
The PQGC project is Wave 2 of a rollout of a (COMPANY NAME) Global Template (PGT), the (COMPANY NAME) - wide transition to SAP S/4 HANA as our standard ERP. The objective of the programme is to significantly reduce the size and complexity of our application technology footprint, create a single common language with a global product hierarchy and chart of accounts, and harmonize our business processes and reporting.
The scope for Wave 2 is PQGC - PCUS, Quaker, Gatorade and Corporate sectors. This wave will complete the North America PGT solution rollout.
There are 3 key value-streams that will impact PGCS - Record to Report (RtR), Make to Deploy (MtD) and Forecast to Scheule (FtS). Fit gap has been completed for Wave 2 for all 3 value-streams, and the Design phase is underway for the MtD and FtS value streams.

Role Summary:
The programme manager role will be focused on 3 key areas:
* Management of the PGCS project team, and engagement with the PGCS business support teams to ensure alignment with PGT requirements
* Engagement with PGT global programme team to stay connected as the programme progresses, and escalate any PGCS specific issues/risks
* Ongoing communications to ensure PGCS Executive team are kept updated on programme progress, escalating issues as needed
Responsibilities

* Manage the creation and maintenance of the project on the PGCS project management tools. (Clarity, ADO).
* Confirm and document project scope. Develop detailed PGCS project schedule, maintain agreed budget, with financial reviews with PGT finance team
* Manage PGCS project governance, including deliverables and change requests for PGT team
* Undertake stakeholder mapping, develop RACI and manage communication across the PGCS Project Team, PGT project team, Stakeholders and Leadership.
* Manage project risks, issues and dependencies, including escalations as required.
* Owner for all PGCS Governance meetings and reporting.
* Identify resourcing gaps and work with Leadership to address/mitigate.
* Work with PGT programme and value stream leads to align schedules, scopes, and reporting cadences.
* Adopt and implement agile principles where possible.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:
* 10+ years of related Business Project Management experience, recently leading projects
* Experience in Waterfall Project Management Methodology and Agile Project Management Methodology
* Excellent experience of managing multiple projects/workstreams, stakeholder management and communications both vertically and horizontally
* Experience in Project Management tools (MS Project, Office 365 applications, Project & Portfolio tools)
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent verbal, written communication skills, presentation skills
* Proven ability to manage business complexity and manage multiple priorities.
* Possess a proactive and self-motivated learning style.
* Ability to influence and align teams in a matrix and virtual environment
* A tenacious executor with a proven record of managing change and achieving strong results
* Ability to think on their feet and apply common sense to unexpected challenges

* Familiar with the governance and reporting requirements associated with regulated industries
