We employ over 170 people in Dublin within our Worldwide Logistic and Supply Chain Centre, we are looking for a: B2B Customer Service Representative What can you expect from your role? * Manage the order-to-shipping process for a dedicated client portfolio, while meeting internal SLAs and KPIs (order entering, fulfilment maximization of orders, seamless delivery process, etc.), * Actively seek and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction, challenging existing methods where beneficial. * Reply to inquiries from internal and external customers on our products and orders (stock availability, expected delivery date, product information, order/shipping status, etc.) * Coordinate operational market activities for the assigned portfolio, effectively using all available resources and suggesting innovative approaches. * Anticipate client needs by taking the full ownership of your portfolio and a proactive approach to your day-to-day responsibilities. * Continuously track and analyze all issues related to customers, order- and delivery processes (pricing issues, product availability, miss-shipments, damages, etc.), identifying root causes and recommending preventive actions. * Manage claims & reverse logistic for your client portfolio. * Report on market activities and trends for an informed decision. * Ensure your clientele experiences an exceptional order journey, living up to the luxuriousness of BVLGARI, and actively contributing ideas to elevate the customer experience. * Engage in continuous learning and development
Profil requis du candidat:
Requirements: * Fluency Verbally and in Writing in English * MS Office - in particular Excel. * Knowledge of SAP or similar. * Previous experience in B2B Order Management or Customer Service or Logistics
