Role Purpose
We are seeking a Group Account Manager to join the On-Trade team. This role focuses on managing and developing relationships with key strategic customers, delivering commercial growth, and executing account plans aligned to brand and channel strategies.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive sales performance, strengthen customer partnerships, and identify commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver agreed sales targets and maximise distribution across On-Trade Direct, Indirect, and Wholesale accounts
* Develop and maintain account plans, including sales volumes, profit analysis, promotional activity, and customer insights
* Create and manage joint business plans with key customers, with regular performance reviews
* Implement agreed promotional campaigns in collaboration with Trade Marketing, ensuring delivery within set timelines
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
* Prepare and present annual account plans, with quarterly reviews and updates
* Produce regular sales and performance reports, including monthly volume reviews
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date commercial documentation (e.g. pricing, agreements, rebates), ensuring compliance with internal policies
* Use CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) to track performance and identify opportunities for growth

Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in a commercial or field sales role (minimum 3 years)
* Experience working in FMCG or a similar fast-paced commercial environment
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret sales data
* Experience managing customer relationships and delivering account growth
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to analyse data and identify commercial opportunities
* Full, clean driver's licence

Desirable Requirements
* Experience managing On-Trade or Wholesale accounts
* Experience developing joint business plans with customers
* Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
* Understanding of trade marketing and promotional execution
